Job Description

Manage the end-to-end technical delivery of various IT projects, including module construction, network deployment, decommissioning, and miscellaneous structured cabling projects.

Collaborate with IDC delivery teams, IDC operations teams, vendors—including material suppliers, construction service providers, and network integrators—as well as procurement, supply chain, network construction, and network operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and with high quality. Conduct on-site inspections of IDC environments, project prerequisites, and project delivery progress according to the regional Technical Program Manager's requirements. Provide timely updates and feedback regarding project status. Develop detailed cabling construction plans and equipment rack installation plans based on the project Statement of Work, planning documents, standard network architecture, and technical specifications.

Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials and service item lists required for project execution. QualificationsProject Management Strong knowledge of professional project management practices, with the ability to independently manage complex programs and provide guidance to other team members. Experience with end-to-end data center module construction workflows and related project management tools and platforms. Ability to resolve workflow bottlenecks and tool-related issues. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to proactively collaborate across teams and drive projects toward successful completion. Structured Cabling and Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of structured cabling procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards across various implementation environments. Ability to develop solutions for complex deployment scenarios and new project types. Familiarity with key control points throughout the structured cabling process and the ability to implement appropriate quality and risk-control measures. Strong knowledge of commonly used structured cabling materials and consumables, including their differences and applicable use cases. Ability to provide technical guidance to vendors and colleagues and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to participate in the development and improvement of technical standards and standard operating procedures and provide related training or technical enablement. Industry Experience At least five years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage engineering, technical delivery, or project management. General Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues. Project management experience required. PMP certification or a comparable professional certification is preferred. Professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is preferred.
