About the Role We are seeking an experienced Overseas IT Project Delivery Expert to manage end-to-end data center IT infrastructure projects, including network buildouts, module deployment, equipment installation and decommissioning, structured cabling, and low-voltage infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines practical knowledge of data center infrastructure with the ability to independently manage project planning, execution, quality, risks, vendors, and operational handover. This is an infrastructure construction and deployment role—not a routine IT operations or cabling-only position. Key Responsibilities Independently manage data center IT infrastructure projects from planning through installation, testing, acceptance, and handover. Develop construction, cabling, and equipment installation plans based on Statements of Work (SOWs), network architecture, and technical specifications. Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), equipment lists, and material requirements. Establish project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery priorities. Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, quality, and outstanding issues. Coordinate fiber and copper cabling, rack and patch-panel installation, equipment deployment, and decommissioning. Oversee contractors and integration vendors to ensure compliance with approved specifications, site safety requirements, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with data center operations, network engineering, procurement, supply chain, and other stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate progress, risks, and escalation needs. Maintain project documentation, testing records, as-built information, and handover materials. Support improvements to SOPs, technical standards, and delivery processes. Required Qualifications At least five years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage infrastructure, network deployment, or IT infrastructure project delivery. On-site data center project experience , with familiarity with infrastructure construction, deployment, and handover processes. Knowledge of fiber and copper cabling, racks, patch panels, equipment installation, and commonly used infrastructure materials. Ability to interpret SOWs, network architecture, and technical specifications and translate them into practical deployment plans and BOMs. Proven experience independently managing projects , including schedules, risks, quality, vendors, and stakeholders. Strong cross-functional coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred . Preferred Qualifications PMP or another relevant project management certification. Experience with hyperscale cloud providers, large technology companies, or data center operators. Experience in data center buildouts, network deployment, or modular infrastructure deployment. Experience developing SOPs, technical specifications, and acceptance standards. Relevant Backgrounds We welcome candidates with experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, Data Center Project Manager, Network Deployment Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Structured Cabling Project Manager.
