This is a full time position with Astem Legacy Delivery, LLC delivering packages to Amazon customers. Responsibilities Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle. Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages assigned to your delivery route safely in a team setting. Work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions on various routes, lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 pounds, get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations. Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed. Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members. Support team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must hold a valid drivers license (non CDL driver's license is okay) No previous delivery driver experience required — training will be provided! Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly. This paid position offers comprehensive training so you can succeed from day one!
