FedEx Delivery Driver Gaines Transportation Inc Hiring Immediately for

Full-Time Delivery Drivers:

Salary Pay - $230 per DAY including Daily Performance Bonus Benefits after 90 days of employment to include: 401K, 1 week PTO Experienced Delivery Drivers Needed. Gaines Transportation Inc., an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground Delivery, seeks experienced, customer-focused, high-energy commercial drivers to provide excellent customer service and delivery service out of the Chantilly, VA office.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year proven working experience as a delivery driver (preferred) No DUIs and no more than one minor ticket in the past three (3) years No accidents Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements Must possess an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards Basic written and excellent verbal English communication skills Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator Must agree to a background check, pre-employment drug screen, random drug screens, and DOT physical 21 years & older Daily Duties include but not limited to: Report to work when schedule Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle Efficiently organize vehicle for deliveries within the given timeframe Work independently and as part of a team Train team members when applicable Successfully performs dispatch operations Deliver up to 250 Pickup and Delivery stops a day Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with management Accurately operate scanner and properly delivery packages Able to perform Pickup and delivery operations goal of 20 stops an hour. Consistently follows route Met customers pick up schedule expectation Able to lift up to 150 pounds with the assist of a hand cart.
