Chesapeake Terminal:

1401 Kelland Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23320 Schedules Offered Full-Time (5 Days/Week): Starts at 8:00 AM until route completion (approx. 4:00 PM). Must be available to work weekends. Option 1: Saturday - Wednesday Option 2: Sunday - Thursday Benefits & Support Health Insurance (eligible after 90 days of active employment) Paid Time Off / PTO (eligible after 12 months) Company-provided uniforms Safety-first culture with continuous support Key Responsibilities Arrive at the terminal on time to conduct pre-trip inspections and organize packages. Safely load and unload packages into company Step Vans. Follow app-based routing to accurately deliver packages to local residences. Scan and log every package using handheld technology. Driver Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older . Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must be able to pass a Background Check (Driving History + Legal), DOT Physical Exam, and Drug Test (all company-sponsored). Physically capable of maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs using a provided dolly, and able to complete 150+ stops per day .

Experience:

Driving experience is preferred but not required ! Prior experience with Uber, Lyft, taxi, pizza delivery, landscaping, or military driving translates exceptionally well. Bilingual candidates, military veterans, and service members are strongly encouraged to apply!
