Job Summary Join our dynamic beverage distribution team as a Delivery Driver, where your energy and dedication will drive our success! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beverages to retail stores, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service. Your enthusiasm for customer interaction and commitment to safety will help us build strong relationships with clients while maintaining efficient routes. All applicants must be able to pass a drug test. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Ensure timely arrival at each destination on each daily route schedule. Unload beverage products using safe lifting practices, managing heavy items with proper technique and equipment. Interact professionally with retail store staff and clients, building positive relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills. Merchandise delivered and on-hand product to ensure proper rotation; fill account coolers, warm space and displays as needed; place marketing material; organize inventory. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and document any issues to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate invoices, other route documentation, and inventory records for organizational efficiency. Must be dependable and reliable - someone who shows up every day with a positive attitude! Experience A Class B CDL is strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Experience in commercial driving or automobile transportation, with a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle type. Familiarity with route driving, merchandising, and retail store environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes. Prior experience in sales or upselling within a retail setting is a plus, toward future growth within the company.
