Customer Service, Delivery & Store Associate Rio Medical Supplies Falls Church, VA Job Details Part-time $22 - $26 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary Rio Medical Supplies is an established medical equipment sales and rental store serving Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metro area. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help with customer service, store operations, local deliveries, and basic office support. Previous medical equipment experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person to deliver, assemble, set up, and demonstrate medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, patient lifts, and other home medical equipment. Responsibilities Assist customers in the store and by phone Help customers with medical equipment purchases and rentals Deliver and pick up medical equipment locally Assemble and set up equipment in customers' homes when needed Explain basic equipment operation to customers and caregivers Prepare, clean, inspect, and organize rental equipment Assist with receiving, inventory, and stocking Help with basic office support as needed, such as answering phones, simple paperwork, and customer/order information, and other routine tasks Assist with general store duties between deliveries as needed Represent Rio Medical Supplies professionally when working with customers Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Good customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with customers in person and by phone Hands-on and mechanically inclined Able to learn basic equipment assembly and setup Able to safely lift, move, and assist with medical equipment as needed Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Basic computer skills Retail, customer service, delivery, warehouse, moving, installation, mechanical, or healthcare experience is helpful Medical equipment experience is a plus, but not required Some college or technical/vocational training is a plus Must be available to work at least one weekend day each week, preferably Sunday Schedule Approximately 25-30 hours per week initially, with additional hours potentially available. Potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
