Job Description
Bluewater Rentals, LLC is a provider of portable toilet rentals and services in Southeastern Virginia. We strive for professionalism, a safe work environment and ultimately our customers' satisfaction. We are currently looking for a Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up portable toilets, maintaining and cleaning units, and ensuring inventory and work areas are kept organized and well stocked. Ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently while managing time effectively Position is Monday through Friday, and some weekend work as needed. Responsibilities
DRIVING TO JOB
SITES, Personal Protective Equipment is required on most job sites.PICKING UP TOILETS AND DROPPING OFF TOILETS
throughout the service area.CLEANING/SERVICING
toilets in laydown yardINTERACTING
with customers during deliveries.THE ABILITY TO PICK AND MOVE TOILETS
that weigh 125 lbs. or more with or without a hand truck.PERFORM ROUTINE INSPECTIONS
of equipment and vehicles. Physical Requirements (may be greater than or less than and may vary from site to site)- This position is outdoors and/or driving GPS enabled vehicle.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and lifting up to 250 lbs.
- Exposure to an environment, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment
- This position requires entering/exiting the truck multiple times per day.
DRUG TESTING, VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD A MUST
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Compensation is HOURLY depending on qualifications and experience.
