Job Summary For this AVP(Alternative Vehicle Program) you will be required to use your own Vehicle to do deliveries. This is a W2 job that is Flexible and it will happen during Peak(between Thanksgiving and Christmas and/or Surges of volume throughout the year. The area of delivery will be Loudoun-Leesburg.

Pay:

$160/day minimum or $3.75 per stop (whichever is greater). Typical routes ~40-60 stops depending on vehicle.

• W-2 employee (not 1099) About the role: HSJ Logistics Corporation (FedEx Ground service provider) is building a reliable AVP team for peak and surge cleanup. You use your own approved personal vehicle to deliver from the local terminal. We're hiring people we can call when volume spikes — not a gig app, a real W-2 role with clear pay. Schedule

Flexible / volume-based. We'll work with your availability on which days you can cover. Start times depend on the terminal load window and is usually 9-10am. Many routes finish in about 3-5 hours after departure, depending on stops, area, and how you organize your delivery. What you'll do: Load at the terminal and complete assigned stops; Use company scanner / follow our process and communicate with the manager on duty; Deliver professionally and safely Be ready for peak / surge days when we need extra coverage;

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; Must poses valid license and clean driving record; Reliable personal vehicle for packages (SUV / minivan preferred; must meet program approval), you will be paying for your own gas; Able to lift packages and work outdoors; Pass background check; Pass urine drug test, consuming ANY THC products will make you fail; Must be eligible to work in the U.S; We offer: W-2 pay with a clear daily formula; Flexible days based on volume; Strong performers: path to more hours / van routes; If interested please state your age, vehicle make and model and relevant experience.
