Office Driver/Runner (Part-time) Haley Automotive Group - 3.5 Richmond, VA Job Details Part-time $14 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications GPS High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Haley Automotive Group, Corporate offices is seeking a part-time Office Driver/Runner. The office driver/runner safely transports documents to and from designated dealership locations while performing general administrative errands. Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle logs, ensuring routine maintenance, and running local dealership errands. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Key Responsibilities Transportation:
Safely drive company vehicles to dealership locations
Document & Mail Delivery:
Pick up, sort, and deliver out-going/in-coming mails, packages, and sensitive documents to post offices, public offices, or partners.
Office Errands:
Assist with picking up, and unloading office supplies, stationery, or equipment.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform daily safety inspections (tires, oil, brakes), arrange routine servicing, and keep the interior/exterior of the vehicle clean.
Record Keeping:
Log all daily mileage, travel routes, and fuel consumption accurately. Routinely submitting purchase receipts.
Required Qualifications Licensing:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no traffic violations.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Typically 1 to 3+ years of professional driving or customer-service-focused experience.
Navigation & Tech Skills:
Proficiency in using GPS devices and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) to optimize routes.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods, remain calm in heavy traffic, and physically lift/load packages. Schedule Monday - Friday every other day 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
