  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking Independent Contractor Drivers to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students with special needs From house to school in the morning, and from school to house in the afternoon.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Safe operation
  • Transport students between locations on time.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, students, and team members
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while on the road
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance
  • Skills:
  • Good driving
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and students
  • Great attention to detail to ensure accurate transportation.
  • Be empathetic and kind to students if they are going through a complex situation.
