As a Delivery Associate, you'll spend your day driving company VAN, delivering packages, working outdoors, and providing great service to customers. Benefits & Pay:

$20.50 per hr starting pay 4-day work week, Approximately 10 hours work per day Shift time: 10:40 AM

• 8:40 PM $5250 Tuition Assistance after 90 days of employment Biweekly pay Overtime opportunities. Any work above 40 hrs paid as overtime $30.75 per hr.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old Must have valid state driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Must pass Drug Screening Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles such as cargo VAN
• Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays
• Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and to communicate with supervisors and other team members Delivery is a physically demanding job. Here is what you can expect in a standard shift as a delivery driver:
• 600 lbs of packages hand loaded and delivered over 100-190 stops
• 5-40 flights of stairs throughout apartment complexes, or commercial buildings navigated
