Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pizza orders to customers promptly and accurately. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive experience for our customers by providing efficient and friendly service. This position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of our restaurant operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate a vehicle to deliver pizza orders to customers at various locations within the designated area. Ensure that orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant. Deliver orders in a timely manner, adhering to estimated delivery times. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Handle payments and process transactions accurately when required. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your delivery vehicle at all times. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries. Communicate effectively with the restaurant staff regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during deliveries. Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including packing orders and maintaining cleanliness in the delivery area. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance (if applicable). Good knowledge of local streets and routes within the delivery area. Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently. Physical ability to lift and carry food orders, sometimes over stairs or uneven surfaces. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours as needed.
