Summary We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team at Jet's Pizza in the US. This role is essential for ensuring our delicious pizzas reach our customers promptly and with exceptional service. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers' homes, businesses, or other locations within the designated delivery area
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, including greeting customers with a friendly attitude, handling transactions, and addressing any concerns or questions
- Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store and ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with store operations when not making deliveries, such as preparing orders, answering phones, and cleaning work areas
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your delivery vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly and accurately Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must have own vehicle.
- Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and manage multiple deliveries efficiently
