$18/hour + $0.75/mile About the Role We're Vermont's premier indoor living soil craft cannabis cultivator, and we deliver our product directly to licensed retail partners across the state. We're looking for a Delivery Driver to run those routes: three days a week, usually Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This is a straightforward job done to an exacting standard. Every delivery is a regulated transfer of cannabis product, so accuracy, punctuality, and clean paperwork matter as much as safe driving. You'll be the face of our operation at retail counters, so professionalism counts too. Responsibilities Load, transport, and deliver product to licensed cannabis retailers across Vermont using your own vehicle Verify orders against manifests and invoices at pickup and delivery; ensure counts and documentation match Handle chain-of-custody paperwork, retailer sign-offs, and any required transport records accurately and completely Collect payments and returns where applicable and reconcile at the end of the day Follow all Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB) transport regulations and company procedures Communicate route status, delays, and issues to the Operations Manager Represent the company professionally with retail partners Qualifications 21+ years of age; able to obtain and maintain Vermont CCB work credentials Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable, insured personal vehicle Comfortable driving Vermont roads year-round, including winter Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork; comfortable using a phone or tablet for manifests and records Able to lift up to 50 lbs Prior delivery, courier, or cannabis industry experience a plus Compensation $18/hour $0.75/mile driven on routes, covering fuel and vehicle wear Must provide own vehicle Schedule 3 days/week, 8-hour shifts Typically Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday How to Apply Submit a resume and three professional references.
