You'll be walking, lifting, carrying, climbing stairs, getting in and out of your van repeatedly, and working outside in rain, wind, heat, cold, and whatever else the Pacific Northwest throws at you. You'll have busy days and challenging routes. We aren't looking for someone who wants an easy job. THE 4-DAY WORKWEEK 40

YOUR TYPICAL DAY

Shift:

Approximately 9:20 AM-7:50 PM End times can vary based on route completion, package volume, traffic, weather, and individual route efficiency. You'll start your day by loading your assigned vehicle, preparing for your route, and getting on the road. From there, you'll spend the day: Delivering packages safely and efficiently Operating company delivery vehicles Staying active and moving throughout your route Navigating residential and commercial delivery locations Staying connected with dispatch when you need support Providing friendly, professional customer service Working safely in rain, wind, heat, cold, and everything Washington decides to throw at you

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a fast-paced, physically active job that keeps you moving. You'll be getting in and out of the van, walking routes, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. If you enjoy staying active and hate being stuck behind a desk, this could be a perfect fit!

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years old Authorized to work in the United States Able to speak, read, and understand English Valid driver's license with a good driving record DOT medical certificate required (we provide it if needed) Willing to complete the required MVR/driving-record review, drug screen, and background screening as part of the hiring process Please also let us know if there are any current issues with your driving record or background that could affect employment eligibility for a delivery driver position.
