Pay & Benefits $23.00 per hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training Company-provided delivery vehicle No CDL required Consistent full-time schedule Fast hiring process Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Load and unload packages throughout the day Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes Complete delivery scans using a handheld device Lift and move packages weighing up to 150 pounds with a hand truck when needed Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Typical routes average 100 stops and approximately 70 miles per day. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Able to lift and move packages throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, or other delivery companies is preferred but not required .
