Work Environment Local and short regional delivery routes Driving a company box truck — CDL is not required Grocery store and retail customer deliveries Refrigerated and dry food products Occasional overnight regional routes Casual work attire Team-oriented and supportive atmosphere Responsibilities Safely operate a company box truck on local and regional delivery routes Deliver customer orders accurately and on schedule Load and unload products at customer locations Verify products and quantities against delivery paperwork Handle products carefully to prevent damage during transportation and delivery Secure loads properly before and during transportation Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain delivery paperwork and obtain required customer signatures Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management Report delivery issues, vehicle problems, delays, or discrepancies promptly Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Maintain cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle Follow company safety procedures and all applicable traffic and transportation regulations Assist with loading and preparing the truck for delivery as needed Requirements Valid driver's license CDL is not required Safe driving record Previous delivery driving, box truck, or commercial driving experience preferred Comfortable driving a box truck on local and regional routes Ability and willingness to travel on occasional overnight routes Ability to safely load, unload, and move cases of food products throughout the workday Ability to work independently and manage a delivery schedule responsibly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and dependable Professional and respectful when interacting with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet applicable DOT and company driver requirements Russian language is a plus What We Offer $28/hour Overtime as applicable Stable full-time position Meal per diem for overnight routes Company-paid hotel accommodations for overnight routes Company vehicle provided for deliveries Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment 401(k) Health insurance Paid Time Off (Vacation and Sick Time) Employee discount
