Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Parts Driver to join our team. This role is essential to ensure timely, accurate delivery of automotive parts to our customers and between dealership locations. What We Offer Starting pay of $19 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 1 hour for every 40 hours worked 7 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (eligible after 90 days) Company-Supplied Uniforms Key Responsibilities Safely pick up and deliver automotive parts to customers and between dealership locations Organize and manage daily delivery schedules to ensure timely service Maintain the cleanliness and basic operability of the delivery vehicle Communicate delivery updates with the Parts Department Assist the Parts Manager in identifying potential clients and completing sales calls as needed Support general parts department operations and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Equal Opportunity & Pre-Employment Requirements Titus-Will Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
