•12:00am Monday-Friday Vancouver, WA Job Description The Parts Delivery role focuses on accurately handling, preparing, and distributing electronic components and materials to support production on a busy manufacturing floor. You will work with materials management software, follow detailed documentation, and ensure inventory is organized, properly labeled, and ready for use in various production processes. Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in electronics manufacturing and materials management. Responsibilities Use and operate materials management software, including Rozetta and ProTracker, to track and manage materials and components. Identify, locate, and properly handle a wide range of electronic components and materials in the materials department. Prepare production kits, including through-hole kits, hand adds, mechanical components, cables, and surface-mount technology (SMT) materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, quantity adjustments, and general inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels. Process specialized materials, including ROHS-compliant items, ITAR-controlled materials, moisture-sensitive devices (MSD), PCB panels, and ESD-sensitive components, following all applicable procedures. Follow documentation such as travelers, bills of materials (BOMs), work instructions, and procedures to ensure correct material flow and traceability. Use measurement tools, scales, reel counters, and label printers to verify quantities, measure components, and create accurate labels. Identify and properly process scrap materials, non-conforming material (NCM), and material discrepancies in accordance with established procedures. Maintain organization of materials in correct locations, ensuring the area is clean, orderly, and aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Operate a hand truck or pallet jack as needed to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing floor. Perform data entry related to inventory, materials movement, and distribution activities with accuracy and attention to detail. Support shipping, receiving, and distribution activities as needed to ensure timely delivery of parts to production. Communicate clearly with team members and other departments to coordinate materials delivery and resolve issues. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production operations. Essential Skills Ability to use and learn materials management and ERP software, including Rozetta and ProTracker. Basic understanding of inventory management, including cycle counting, quantity adjustments, and inventory control. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, travelers, BOMs, work instructions, and other written procedures. Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve material discrepancies and issues. High attention to detail when handling components, preparing kits, and entering data. Computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems and tools. Ability to follow detailed written instructions consistently and accurately. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate to meet production goals. Reliable attendance and punctuality. No prior experience required, with comprehensive training provided. High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with warehouse production, shipping and receiving, and distribution is beneficial. Background in materials handling and inventory management is a plus. Familiarity with data entry related to inventory and materials tracking is advantageous. Comfort working with electronic components, PCB panels, and ESD-sensitive materials is helpful. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks. Experience in a lean manufacturing or organized warehouse environment is an asset. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00

•$19.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
