What you'll be doing As a FedEx delivery driver, you'll start your day at the Green Bay terminal, load your truck, and head out on your assigned route to deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll be responsible for safely operating your delivery vehicle, delivering and picking up packages, using a handheld scanner, and providing friendly, professional service to customers. You'll spend much of your day driving, walking, getting in and out of your truck, and handling packages of different sizes and weights. We provide training to help you become comfortable with your route, equipment, and daily responsibilities. What we're looking for You don't need years of delivery experience to be successful here. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the motivation to do a great job.

Our basic requirements include:

Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening. Be physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and handling packages weighing up to 150 pounds, with assistance or equipment when needed. Be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently. Be willing to work outdoors in Wisconsin's changing weather conditions. Previous delivery experience is a plus, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those who enjoy active, hands-on work. Why work for TLC Service Inc.? $20.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
