We're growing and looking for a reliable driver to deliver and pick up dumpsters for homeowners, contractors, and businesses. What you'll do: Deliver, swap, and pick up roll-off dumpsters with a hooklift truck Place dumpsters safely and neatly in driveways and job sites without damaging property Haul loads to landfills and transfer stations Do daily pre-trip inspections and basic truck upkeep Communicate with customers on-site and keep the office updated on route progress What we're looking for: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus, not required) Experience with hooklift, roll-off, dump truck, or other heavy equipment preferred, but we'll train the right person Comfortable backing and maneuvering in tight spaces Dependable, on time, and able to work independently Able to handle physical work outdoors in all Wisconsin weather Why work with us: Competitive pay based on experience Home every night, local routes only Small, no-nonsense company where your work matters 15-25 hours a week November-March 25-40 hours April-November if looking for more hours
