In this hands-on role, you will safely operate company trucks to deliver insulation, roofing, and related products to commercial job sites and industrial customers. Responsibilities include loading and securing materials, accurate and timely deliveries, completing delivery documentation, and providing professional, customer-focused service. You'll collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams, follow strict safety and DOT standards, and may assist with warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery trucks to transport building and construction materials to contractor and industrial customer sites Load, secure, and unload insulation, roofing, and related products using appropriate material handling equipment Verify orders against delivery documents, obtain customer signatures, and accurately complete delivery paperwork or electronic logs Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety policies, including pre/post trip inspections and safe driving practices Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery times, issues, or changes Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including staging orders, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean, organized work area Provide professional, courteous customer service and represent Mac Arthur Co's values on every job site Required Skills Commercial driving and route navigation Safe operation of box trucks or flatbed trucks Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules Load securement and basic rigging for building materials Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Order verification and delivery documentation Customer service and professional communication on job sites Time management and route planning Use of GPS and basic delivery or ELD software
