Job Summary Our delivery drivers are the face of our company and play the biggest role in customer service. Your role is to help customer satisfaction by communication and the ability to meet customers' needs/requests by delivering material accurately and on time to the best of your ability. Driver will represent the company in a highly professional, safe and cost-effective manner that complies with DOT and other applicable regulations. Customer Service is #1 Priority. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and automobiles, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals at multiple customer locations throughout the day Load and unload merchandise with proper heavy lifting techniques, ensuring product integrity and safety Communicate clearly with clients upon delivery, addressing questions or concerns professionally and building strong customer relationships Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain optimal safety standards and report any maintenance needs promptly Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for accountability and organizational purposes Requirements Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Familiarity with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety procedures related to commercial driving Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules efficiently and keep accurate records Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters positive client relationships At Mad City Winsupply, you're not just another driver—you're an important part of the team and one of the faces our customers see every day.
