• Tuesday-Friday Hours are approximately 4:00am-2:30pm, each morning begins at the Bill's warehouse No CDL, no problem, no experience required, we have on-site/on-the-job training Independent role, with freedom to set your pace.

Position is mostly unsupervised. Fun and competitive work environment Not a desk job, have the ability to work outdoors General labor/mobile warehouse work Primary Responsibilities Efficiently deliver product to customers on assigned routes Rotates all beer deliveries, FIFO, ensuring the proper quality standards Understands and adheres to all BDL product codes Builds exciting and creative displays using all BDL brands per brewery agreements Understands and adheres to all product quality policies and procedures Transports and handles all BDL products with care, avoiding damage to product as much as possible Edits and prints invoices using tablet and handheld printer Performs proper check in/out procedure during daily route, including properly completed load sheet information Maintains a professional relationship with customers and co-workers Conducts business in a safe and courteous manner Professionally represents the company at all times, on and off duty Promotes the responsible consumption all of BDL products Delivers "hot shots" (beer), as assigned Maintains appropriate uniform and personal appearance standards Maintains appearance of Company vehicles, inside and outside Works all required shifts as scheduled, including weekends and holidays Performs other duties, as assigned Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required Must have good communication and basic math skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Must be willing and able to obtain a valid Class A CDL Physical Requirements General labor role, must be able to move and lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, 70 lbs.

occasionally Working Conditions/Environment Drives or rides as passenger in tractor/trailer to deliver product in various weather conditions Performs work at retailers including occasional work in coolers Uses 2 wheeled carts and forklift to unload and/or move product Uses tablet and portable printer to edit and print customer invoices Communicates during shift with company staff or retailers using personal cell phone May be required to work extended hours

We Offer:

• $26.00/hr based upon experience and CDL status. ($50,000
