Brew City Distribution, Wisconsin's finest craft distributor of beer and other fine beverages, is a growing company seeking a skilled delivery representative with great customer service skills to deliver out-of-town routes four days per week (Tuesday /Wednesday (Madison), Thursday (Fox Valley), and Friday (alternating between Eau Claire/La Crosse/Central WI) Work hours may vary between 35-45+ hours per week based on the needs of the route each day, but you're home every night! Responsibilities Perform delivery routes in company vehicle in a reliable and timely manner Safely operate cargo van and box truck following DOT regulations/safety standards Closely follow route plan Safely and securely load cargo van to ensure no product damages Accurate and timely processing of return deposits and invoice edits in Ekos software on provided device Physically unload and deliver product to our customers with safe use of hand truck Ability to load and unload cases and kegs of beer up to 165 lbs (½ barrel keg) with reasonable accommodation Walking and climbing stairs, sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products Collect checks/payments as noted by team members Provide excellent customer service Communicate vehicle maintenance need promptly to warehouse manager Perform other duties as assigned (warehouse assistance + pickups from suppliers across Wisconsin and Illinois) Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members and act as a steward of the Brew City Distribution and representative of our suite of breweries Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid professional driver's license Good driving record with no traffic violations Professional manner and appearance Customer service and team orientation Ability to operate forklifts in a variety of weather to safely load van Ability to lift up to 165lbs with reasonable accommodation Excellent organizational and time management skills High school degree Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jacks) Ability to handle and manage cash Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
