Part-Time Driver / Operations Support Associate InkWorks Printing | Plymouth, WI $20.00-$21.00/hour | Approximately 20 Hours/Week | Day Shift Looking for a part-time job where every day isn't the same? InkWorks Printing is looking for a dependable, flexible Driver / Operations Support Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move and doesn't want to spend their entire shift doing one thing. One part of your day may involve making a customer delivery, while another may have you helping in our warehouse, preparing shipments, inspecting finished products, or supporting our production team. What You'll Do In this role, you'll help keep products, materials, and orders moving throughout our operation.

Responsibilities may include:

Delivering customer orders and picking up materials using company vehicles Assisting with shipping and receiving Loading and unloading deliveries Organizing and stocking warehouse inventory Inspecting finished printed products for quality and accuracy Packaging finished products for shipment Assisting our production team with general manufacturing and warehouse tasks Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Pitching in wherever needed to help keep operations running smoothly Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week . You'll work a rotating 2-2-3 style schedule opposite another team member: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Then the rotation repeats. Occasional additional hours or schedule adjustments may be available based on customer deliveries, vacations, production needs, and business demands. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Comfortable driving company vehicles and making local deliveries Willing to work in several different areas instead of being tied to one task Able to stay organized and work independently Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Detail-oriented when inspecting and packaging customer products Willing to learn and help wherever needed Safety-conscious and able to follow established procedures A team player with a positive, get-it-done attitude A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$20.00 per hour This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in InkWorks Printing's 401(k) Retirement Plan on the first day of the calendar quarter following 90 days of employment , subject to plan requirements.
