Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting and proper merchandising techniques to maintain product integrity Communicate clearly with customers to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and promote additional products through upselling opportunities Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records with strong organizational skills Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving and delivery operations Assist with route planning to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery times using basic math and pricing knowledge Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and address any delivery issues promptly Experience Proven experience in commercial driving or a similar role involving route driving and heavy lifting Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Knowledge of pricing strategies, sales techniques, and upselling methods to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue Familiarity with merchandising practices to ensure proper product presentation during deliveries Ability to perform basic math calculations for route planning, pricing adjustments, or inventory management Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and positive engagement Military background or experience can be advantageous for discipline, organizational skills, and safety awareness Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills meet customer service excellence! $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
