The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling service issues with product/transporting goods in a safe, timely manner while adhering to delivery schedules. ## Duties

• Taking service calls from customers, determining whether the issue is a warranty issue or a service issue and completing the repair accordingly. This requires excellent customer service skills and follow through. The ability to manage emails to/from manufacturers. The ability to order parts from manufacturers online using a computer.
• Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers or businesses
• Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
• Follow routes and time schedules
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.

Outside maintenance including shoveling, salting and lawn mowing. Prepping furniture for delivery and the sales floor. Bringing furniture and setting sales floor. ## Experience ###

Required Skills:

Driver's License

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Proficiency in inventory control and management
• Proficiency with computers and email. Knowledge of warehouse operations
• Experience with picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods
• Strong organizational skills ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance
• Familiarity with forklift operation
