Temporary to Hire Opportunity Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Casper, WY, in seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate with Forklift experience . This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable weekday hours. The ideal candidate will assist with general warehouse duties, inventory, order pulling, loading/unloading, and delivery of parts and supplies.

Responsibilities:

Perform general warehouse tasks, including organizing and maintaining inventory Pull orders for customers Load and unload materials safely Deliver parts and supplies in a timely and safe manner Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all safety procedures and company policies Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — required for prescreening 2+ years of warehouse experience 1+ year of sit-down forklift operating experience Valid forklift certification Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

Prescreening Requirements:

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR to be considered for the position. Candidates must also be able to successfully complete the required background check and drug screening.
