FedEx Ground Delivery Driver King Capital Transport | Cody, WY Earn $225+ Per Day | Paid Training | Home Daily | No CDL Required Looking for a job that keeps you active, offers independence, and rewards hard work? King Capital Transport, a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers start and end their day at the FedEx Ground terminal in Cody, WY and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the surrounding area. Pay & Benefits Starting pay of $225 per day Performance-based pay increases Paid training Bi-weekly pay PTO Retirement plan Referral program Company-provided uniforms and delivery vehicle Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays Typical start time: 8:00 AM End times will vary based on package volume, route completion, weather, and seasonal demand Responsibilities Deliver and pick up packages safely and efficiently Provide excellent customer service Use scanners and mobile technology to complete deliveries Perform daily vehicle inspections Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Requirements At least 21 years old Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years Ability to pass a DOT Physical, drug screen, and background check Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with a hand cart Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions No CDL Required Delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
