Seeking full-time versatile Operator/Manager experienced in sheet metal fabrication operations. Duties may include operating the Shear, Waterjet, Laser, CNC Turret Punch, and/or CNC Brake. May also be required to deburr, install hardware, sandblast, and/or powder coat, as well as material handling and manager shipping/receiving operations. Experience in SolidWorks is required. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to lift 25+ lbs. Shop is located in Escondido, CA 92029; shop hours/paychecks are based on a 9/80 work schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-2:30pm and every other Friday from 5:00am-1:30pm (every other Friday off). Pay is based upon your past experience and anticipated job responsibilities after review and discussion. Some basic benefits (including PTO, health and dental insurances) are offered after trial employment period.
