Our team is passionate about boats and even more passionate about helping our customers enjoy them. As a Demo Captain, you'll be an important part of our sales and delivery team. You'll work directly with new boat owners at one of the most exciting moments of their purchase—the day they finally get to take their new boat out on the water. You'll educate. You'll demonstrate. You'll troubleshoot. You'll build relationships. And, most importantly, you'll help customers feel confident and excited about their new boat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Demo Captain, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional on-water experience while teaching customers how to safely and confidently operate their new boat.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely trailering boats throughout the surrounding Central Florida area using large company trucks and loaded boat trailers Safely maneuvering and backing trailers of various sizes, including in tight or challenging conditions Safely operating a wide range of boats in different environments Loading and unloading boats from trailers Maneuvering boats safely around docks and launch areas Conducting thorough boat demonstrations and new-owner orientations Teaching customers how to safely operate and care for their new boat Ensuring customers understand and follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures Ensuring required safety equipment is properly onboard and ready for use, including life jackets, emergency equipment, and other required gear Handling unexpected situations professionally, from trailer issues and flat tires to mechanical or technical problems during a demo Communicating clearly with customers and helping them find solutions that fit their boating and watersports needs Building strong relationships with customers throughout the delivery and ownership experience Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to VForce Marine Orlando's parts, accessories, and service offerings Helping generate additional sales through thoughtful, customer-focused recommendations Working closely with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience
