(TowBoatU.S. Ft Pierce/ Vero) Ft Pierce/ Vero | Full-Time or part time Since 1991, TowBoat One Inc. has been Palm Beach County's leading marine assistance provider, completing 2,000+ tows a year. We're hiring a Tow Captain to join our 24/7 team responding to disabled vessels, groundings, and salvage operations on the water. We are looking for a full time or part time employee. What You'll Do Respond to towing, ungrounding, and salvage calls Operate vessels, pumps, and salvage equipment Perform light in-water work (swimming/snorkeling) Communicate via VHF radio and phone with customers and dispatch Provide top-notch customer service Maintain vessel logs and equipment What We Need USCG License with Towing Endorsement Strong boat handling skills Basic mechanical aptitude Reliable, professional, customer-focused Available for nights, weekends, and holidays Must pass drug testing (zero tolerance policy) What We Offer Competitive Pay 50k-75k per year Monthly bonus program Quarterly profit sharing Medical benefit contribution Paid vacation & sick leave after 1 year 401k
