Provisions Specialist - Maritime Industry Tampa, FL $45,000-$50,000/year (DOE) Full-Time EmpHire Staffing is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Provisions Specialist to support a well-established company serving the maritime industry. If you have experience working with vessel provisions, ship supply, chandlery, or marine logistics, we'd love to speak with you. Responsibilities Assist customers with vessel provisions, deck and engine supplies, marine safety equipment, and bonded items Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment Build relationships with vessel operators, agents, vendors, and customers Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications ✔ 3+ years of experience in the maritime, chandlery, or ship supply industry ✔ Knowledge of vessel provisions, deck & engine supplies, marine safety equipment, or bonded goods ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail ✔ Experience with inventory, purchasing, or sales software preferred ✔ Knowledge of shipping logistics or maritime compliance is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary of $45,000-$50,000 , based on experience Full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential Stable company in an essential industry Comprehensive benefits package available
