Essential Functions Welcome guests and assist with marina, rental, and cabana activities Operate boat tours and provide engaging, informative narration Maintain cleanliness and organization of marina facilities and boats Perform routine inspection and light maintenance of boats Coordinate with Cabana staff regarding reservations and special events Follow and enforce all marina and boating safety procedures Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies

Assist the Cabana Manager and team as needed Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous boating experience required Valid driver's license required Ability to obtain a North Carolina Boater Safety License and Lake Lure Boater License CPR, Lifesaving, and/or First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Communicate effectively with guests and team members, including providing clear instructions and information Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Occasionally lift or move items up to approximately 15 pounds Perform tasks that may involve bending, reaching, and handling equipment Safely operate a motor vehicle and watercraft as part of job duties, including driving a vehicle in the performance of certain responsibilities Drive vehicle for performance of some job duties
