The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a solid background in snow removal and/or management roles. This position requires a thorough understanding of snow removal operations, mechanics, management and ensuring the safe and efficient operations of large equipment. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, maintaining safety standards, and guiding the crew in their specific roles Skills Strong knowledge of snow removal techniques and relevant equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Effective communication skills to relay information clearly to crew members.
