From iconic bridges and Portland's skyline to wildlife and waterfalls, our tours provide guests with a one-of-a-kind river experience. We are looking for personable, professional captains to join our team and be both mariner and storyteller. Position Overview We are hiring part-time Boat Captains with valid USCG credentials (OUPV "6-Pack" or Master Mariner license) to safely operate sightseeing vessels on the Willamette River. As Captain, you are not only responsible for vessel operation and safety but also act as a tour guide, entertainer, and brand ambassador . This role is ideal for experienced captains who genuinely enjoy meeting people, sharing local history, and creating unforgettable experiences for small groups (2-20 passengers).

USCG OUPV

"6-Pack" or Master Mariner License (required) Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) Strong boat handling skills and knowledge of river navigation rules Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Ability to engage diverse groups of tourists in a friendly and professional manner Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Prior experience operating passenger vessels preferred Must comply with all USCG requirements, including passing randomized drug tests Why Join Us?
