Full-Time, Rotational Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Launch Boat Captain to transport passengers between the ships at the refinery docks and our dock. This is a rotational role, working two weeks on and one week off in an On-Call capacity.

Key Launch Boat Captain Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers to and from vessels.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the boat and equipment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers.
• Keep accurate logs of trips.

Launch Boat Captain Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License.
• Proven experience as a boat captain.
• Knowledge of local waterways, weather patterns, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule (2 weeks on, 1 week off).
