As a Luggage Truck Driver, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. More than transporting bags, you're ensuring that every suitcase, duffel, and keepsake arrives safely and on time. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, you help create a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure for thousands of guests—making their home-away-from-home feel just a little more comfortable from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Performs a variety of driving and luggage handling tasks. Routinely, drives a truck, loads and unloads luggage, picks-up and delivers luggage. Assists with lost luggage claims. Loads and unloads luggage from truck and motorcoaches. Performs basic mechanical duties. Requirements Current, valid driver's license, with three (3) years clean driving record. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested. Must meet Company's clean driver eligibility requirements. Current, valid Commercial Driver's License, Class B with an air brake endorsement is required. (May be obtained through Company training course.) Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen. You will also be entered into our random drug testing program. Minimum age of 21 is required for your CDL. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to safely drive a motorcoach while speaking to passengers, answering questions, and providing narration. Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
