Earn $100,000+ per driver per year Base pay range: 70CPM split All the miles you can handle: Average 6,000+ per week Dedicated OTR company position Home every weekend 100% drop and hook, no-touch freight 2024-2025 Freightliners and Kenworths Paid orientation with car and hotel provided Company Benefits United Healthcare medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Life insurance option available Clean inspection safety bonus: $100•300 per inspection Paid vacation: 1-2 weeks depending on tenure Rider policy available Pet policy with no additional fees or deposits Optional $0.11 / mi per diem program Pay varies by experience level and production.
