Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects in. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture, along with proven leadership skills. This role involves supervising crews, managing various construction and landscaping tasks, and ensuring high-quality results on all projects. The Landscape Foreman will play a key role in coordinating construction projects, maintaining grounds, and ensuring safety standards are met throughout all operations. Responsibilities Supervise and manage landscaping crews to ensure efficient completion of outdoor projects. Oversee landscape installs Coordinate construction projects including hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and plantings. Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform irrigation management tasks. Operate equipment safely and effectively. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all outdoor work activities. Maintain quality standards for landscaping work including gardening, tree care, and hardscape features. Operate company vehicles for project transport and material delivery as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications and deadlines. Experience Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work. Supervising experience leading landscaping or groundskeeping crews. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care techniques. Hands-on experience with grounds maintenance equipment operation including irrigation systems and hardscape tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in outdoor environments. Experience managing construction projects is preferred. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is essential. Demonstrated ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
