Bilingual Route Sales Driver - Ice Cream $1,500 Biweekly Base + Commission +

$1,800-$2,500+ Biweekly Start Earning Commission From Day One We are looking for a Bilingual Route Sales Driver to join our growing team and represent one of our established ice cream brands. This is more than a delivery driver position. You will manage an existing customer route and established book of business , delivering and merchandising ice cream products while maintaining strong relationships with customers and growing sales within your territory. You are not starting from zero. You will take over an existing customer base, giving you the opportunity to earn commission from the beginning while continuing to grow your route. What You'll Do Drive a company vehicle and deliver ice cream products to existing customers Manage an established route and customer portfolio Build strong relationships with store owners and managers Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays/freezers Take orders and identify opportunities to increase sales Introduce new products and expand sales within existing accounts Manage inventory and ensure accurate deliveries Maintain accurate daily settlements and paperwork Develop your route by adding new customers and growing existing accounts Maintain the company vehicle and follow all safety procedures Compensation $1,500 biweekly guaranteed base Commission from day one Performance bonuses Typical total earnings: $1,800-$2,500+ biweekly Opportunity to increase earnings as your route grows What We're Looking For Valid driver's license — CDL not required Fluent in English and Spanish Sales, route sales, delivery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable driving a company vehicle and working independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in retail, warehouse, and outdoor environments Basic computer skills Ability to manage inventory and complete daily settlements Available to work weekends when scheduled Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Flexible schedule Established customer base and route Commission opportunity from day one Why This Role?
