CDL-A OTR

Company Drivers for steady over-the-road freight, consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable weekly pay. Drivers average 2,700 miles per week and approximately $1,620 per week , with starting pay of $0.60 CPM . A productivity bonus of up to $0.02 CPM is also available for drivers meeting productivity and safety goals. Pay & Miles Starting pay: $0.60 CPM Average weekly pay: $1,620 Average miles: 2,700 per week Average length of haul: 680 miles Productivity bonus: Up to $0.02 CPM Paid weekly by direct deposit Detention pay: $25/hour after 2 hours Layover pay: $150 per 24 hours Breakdown pay: $150 per 24 hours Freight & Equipment 95% no-touch freight 50% drop & hook Approximately 90% dry van with some reefer Assigned Freightliner tractors Automatic transmissions Average tractor age approximately 2.5 years Take your assigned truck home for time off Trucks governed at 68 MPH Inverters provided Samsara tablets EZ Pass and PrePass provided 24-hour dispatch support Home Time Drivers must stay out a minimum of 2 weeks at a time . Earn approximately 1 day home for every week out : 2 weeks out = 2 days home 3 weeks out = 3 days home 4 weeks out = 4 days home Drivers may also earn up to 14 PTO days during their first year through the PTO program.
