Rollback Tow Truck Operator Cullman Towing & Recovery | Cullman, Alabama Cullman Towing & Recovery is looking for a dependable and motivated Rollback Tow Truck Operator to join our team! We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of providing excellent customer service, and can safely operate equipment in a fast-paced environment. As a Rollback Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting customers during stressful situations, and representing Cullman Towing & Recovery in a professional manner. Responsibilities Safely operate a rollback tow truck to transport cars, trucks, and other vehicles Respond to dispatched calls in a timely and professional manner Properly load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles Perform daily inspections and basic care of assigned equipment Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, law enforcement, repair facilities, and other team members Complete required paperwork and job information accurately Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Be available to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts, depending on company needs Qualifications Previous towing, rollback, transportation, or commercial driving experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider and train the right candidate Valid CDL driver's license with a good driving record Ability to safely operate a rollback and properly secure vehicles Ability to work independently and make good decisions in a variety of situations Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform the physical duties required for the job Ability to pass any required background checks, drug screenings, or other employment requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for more than someone who can drive a truck.
