We are looking for a company-oriented, tow truck driver/shop helper who has the ability to make sound decisions on the spot, and is willing to take initiative when need be. Our drivers are constantly working with our customers, so we are looking for a strong dependable leader who can listen carefully and offer comfort in stressful situations. Drivers should be ready to go at all times in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Drivers will be on a rotation schedule with other drivers. Job will also consist of a shop helper which will include vehicle cleanup, errands, parts check, etc. 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities (Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm) with on-call driver rotation after hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities:

Be a responsible, safe and courteous driver. Daily truck inspections and maintenance. Keeping all tow trucks washed and cleaned inside and out. Respond to emergency dispatch calls in a timely and professional manner. Ready for On-Call rotation evenings, weekends, holidays with other drivers. Work well with other employees. Excellent, kind and respectful communication with customers, law enforcement and office personnel. Dependable and strong work ethics. Maintain a neat and clean appearance. Follow company safety policies and procedures.
