INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR - OVERNIGHT DELIVERY ROUTE

Independent contractor needed for an established overnight delivery route originating in Florence, Alabama. Route operates 5 nights per week, beginning at approximately 10:30 p.m., with deliveries to multiple locations throughout Northwest Alabama. Compensation starting at $800 per week, negotiable based on experience and equipment. Contractor must provide a reliable vehicle (cargo van or box truck) with adequate space to transport palleted material. Contractor will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading materials at each delivery location. Route is approximately 145-150 miles per night and takes approximately 4-5.5 hours to complete. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Contractor is responsible for vehicle, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other operating expenses. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, appropriate insurance, a good driving record, and reliable equipment. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential.
