Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, and flatbed operations. Also need the ability to load and unload equipment. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, and flatbeds, ensuring safe delivery of freight. Load and unload cargo as necessary, utilizing forklifts or other equipment when required. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo delivered. Follow designated routes for delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatcher and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding commercial driving. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within the trucking industry. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading freight. Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings prior to employment.
