Job Description
CDL Class A Driver - Bass Lumber, a pallet manufacturer, makes, ships and delivers pallets throughout Alabama. Bass Lumber is looking for a permanent full-time CDL driver with a pay range of $60,000-$70,000 per year depending on hours. Applicants must be concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe and timely manner. Must provide an MVR and have a good driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test and DOT medical/physical exam. Must be able to throw straps and strap down each load. Drivers usually make 2-5 deliveries per day. Bass Lumber operates Monday-Friday, with a rare Saturday and no overnights. Overtime is provided. BC/BS Health, Dental, Vision insurance, Vacation and 401K retirement plan.
