Drive local and regional routes, primarily throughout Arkansas, surrounding states, and possibly further. Lead and oversee loading and unloading crews Provide the kind of customer service that earns referrals and repeat business Safely operate and care for company equipment Complete required paperwork and job documentation Help make sure every move is completed safely, professionally, and The Winter Way Qualifications You don't have to be perfect, but you do need to care about doing a good job. Holds a valid Class A or Class B CDL Has a strong safety record Take pride in customer service Can lead and work alongside a crew Is dependable and pays attention to details Can handle the physical demands of the moving industry Can pass required drug/alcohol testing and background screening
